TELEHEALTH / ZOOM Since the pandemic, I have offered a telehealth platform. I use a HIPAA secure Zoom room. You will be sent a login link prior to your appointment. If you prefer to simply talk on the phone, that is fine, too! My VOIP phone has end-to-end encryption.
NOTE: If you or your child / family member have a fever or any communicable symptoms, I ask that we meet via telehealth.
OFFICE LOCATION I still occasionally meet with people in person in my office. I am conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Ithaca, at 1321 Ellis Hollow Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
From downtown Ithaca: Take Green Street, which turns into MLK Jr. / State Street (aka 79E) up the hill out of town. Turn left onto Rt-366 / Mitchell Street. Mitchell St. turns into Ellis Hollow Road at the juncture of Pine Tree Road. Continue straight (East) onto Ellis Hollow Rd, past the East Hill plaza. Continue for 2 miles. Look for the intersection of Quarry & Turkey Hill roads. We are the second driveway on the right after the intersection. There is an Ellis Hollow Healing Arts sign at the end of the driveway.
If you use GPS, you might be directed through Rt 79 / Pine Tree Rd, which is another perfectly fine way to get here.
I'll be on the lookout for your appointment time and will open the gate for you. If the gate is still closed, and you don't see me, please text or call when you arrive so I can let you in.
